What do Americorps, Icorps, Workforce, Taskforce have in common?
Some History on Americorps and it's role in the US Government. Americorps was set up under the Clinton adminstration in September 21, 1993. It was funded through Obamacare and newest round of funding was by the American Rescue Plan.

Researching Obamacare brought me to this point and finding this information. Throughout Obamacare the words Corps, Workforce, Taskforce among others. They come from The Clinton Whitehouse Living Systems wording. Archive 5 and Archive 4.
